One of the most important things is the maintenance of your bike. As a young mechanic I did several all-in-cyclocross jobs, for some foreign people. Cyclocross is the best bike race to show how important a clean bike is!

I already did a workshop (bike wash and repair) on the team weekend of RTTO (Ratrace Triatlon Team Oudenaarde)
